The Auto completion function can be found in the Password menu. When activated, this function automatically enters the selected password's information (user name and password) into the fields of a selected web page.
The Auto completion function is only active if a password is selected from the password list.
Follow these steps to automatically complete a web page:
Choose a password from the list. Now the Auto completion function is activated.
Click the Auto Complete button or select Auto completion from the Password menu. Password Depot will minimize itself and you will enter the Auto complete mode.
Click on the target window (the window where you want the Auto complete action to take place). Now Password Depot automatically completes the fields of the window you have just clicked on.
HINT: Notice that any click following the Auto complete function click will result in the exit from the Auto complete mode. You have to be very careful that the first click is on the target web page. In case you change your mind, and you want to exit the Auto complete mode, just click on the Cancel button in the Auto complete mode window situated on the top right of the screen.
The order in which a password's information will automatically complete itself can be set from the Auto complete sequences dialog box.
