The Open list function can be found in the File menu. This function opens a file that contains a password list. The extensions of the files that Password Depot can open are "psw" (password lists) and "bck" (backup files).
Whenever you choose to open another password list, if the current list suffered any changes, you will be asked whether you want to save it or not.
After you have selected which file to open from the Open dialog box, a small window will appear. This window displays the description of the password list stored in that file, asking you to enter the List Access Key required for opening it.
If the List Access Key is correct, a small progress bar will assist the opening of the file.
If the List Access Key is not correct, you will get an error message window. Here you can choose whether you want to retype the List Access Key, open another already existing password list or create a New Password list.
