Sort Password list

The Sort function can be found in the Password menu. This function arranges the passwords in the list in a specific order.

There are two sorting types:

• Ascending

• Descending

And there are six sorting criteria:

• by Description

• by Creation date

• by Expiry date

• by User name

• by URL

• by Importance

You can see if a list is sorted by clicking the Sort button on the tool bar. The small arrow indicates the sorting type. For example, if the arrow is situated next to by Expiry date and points up, it means that the password list is sorted descending by Expiry date. If the arrow is situated next to by Importance and points down, it means that the password list is sorted ascending by Importance. You can sort the password list in the same manner by clicking the column headers of the list view.

NOTE: When you sort a password list after a criterion, all the passwords in that list, regardless of their groups, will be sorted after that criterion.
