The Top bar mode is a very useful and unique feature of Password Depot.
You can switch to this mode using the Top bar button on the tool bar or by selecting Top bar from the View menu.
The Top bar function minimizes Password Depot to a small bar that has the property to stay on top of all other applications, thus enabling constant access to the stored passwords.
The Top bar can be moved anywhere on the screen by simply pressing the left mouse button and dragging the mouse.
Choosing the Top bar mode restricts access to the functions of Password Depot. The only functions used for navigating the Internet are Copy URL to clipboard, Open URL and Auto complete. These functions will be active or inactive, depending on whether these functions can be performed on the selected password.
The Top bar allows you to select a certain password. You can copy this password (as well as its user name or URL) to clipboard, you can go to the password's URL or you can automatically complete fields with it on a Web page. To do that, please follow these steps:

You have to be very careful that the first click is on the target Web page. In case you change your mind and you want to exit the auto-complete mode, just click the Cancel button in the auto-complete mode window situated at the top right of the screen.
On the right of the top bar you can find the Minimize, Restore, Lock and Exit buttons.
The Minimize button minimizes Password Depot, the Restore button restores Password Depot, the Lock button has the same function as in the main window of Password Depot and the Exit button terminates the application.
